The Brewer and Founder Camila Balbi is a successful former Model; and has always been in the healthy side of things. In 2016 she launched a recipe book together with Dr. Manuel Pinto Coelho on the topic of nutrition. In March 2018 Camila discovered her passion for kombucha when, while working as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach at the same Doctor´s Clinic, she took a course on autoimmune diseases to help her clients to cope better with the symptoms and in the best-case scenarios revert the causes with nutrition and lifestyle changes. 

What began as a personal project quickly blossomed into an obsession to spread the good news. With the scarce options available in the market Camila knew that with her gained experience during the trials, she could make a product focused on quality and flavor. Within a few months, she started a small production and distribution outside yoga classes, neighborhood and her kid´s school.  A Year later she has 3 points of sale and continue to grow steady.
