In March 2018, ROOTED Founder Camila Balbi discovered her passion for Kombucha while helping patients as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Autoimmune Paleo Certified Coach in an Anti-aging clinic in Lisbon, Portugal. During her studies Kombucha came up consistently, what made her to approach Kombucha as an elixir that could help our bodies foundation to be restored, depending on it´s particular needs.
